The customer should come first!!! Fix your mistakes and swallow your pride!! This place is horrible!!! They hesitated to fix my nails when I first got them done. Then my nails lifted the next day and when I went in to fix them. . They won't fix them and they where overly rude!!!!!!! Started calling me names!!!! Not quality work at all!!!

To Whom It May Concern, Yesterday I visited the Fashion Nails website. My company helps New England businesses like yours create a better presence on the web. I have scheduled my two 4 year old Nieces for Kids mani's and pedi's on Saturday. They can probably do just polish for both (quick dry maybe?) and just a little massage or spa work. The 14 year old can do more obviously. Maybe one person working on the 14 year old and maybe someone else working on the 4 year olds back to back. Everytime I'm in a hurry and ended up getting my nails done somewhere else I always regretted. This time is no difference and I just went to Fashion Nails to redo my shellac. Only Fashion Nails would make my shellac last more than 2 weeks. I will not go anywhere else AGAIN!!

Such a wonderful place to relax and get your nails and toes done. They all take time and do fantastic jobs. Never have any complain so far in 5 years. I'm sure there was some minor mistakes here and there but they always made everything right again. Excellent customer service!!

Me and my daughter just left there 2 hours ago. Doing little things like eating, putting a few things in drawers, is messing up nails already. We were told this would last 10 days. Nails seem to be sticky, scrunching up, polish moving. What's wrong?

I went for my first time to Fashion Nails and was well taken care of. I was 38.5 weeks pregnant and I felt I received ample tender love and care of my poor aching feet and lower legs. My nails look amazing and much care and attention was given to my mani/pedi. I will be coming back!

I recently moved here from Marshall, TX where the same girl has done my nails for 10 years. I was very worried about finding someone who could do them the way I liked as she did. I came across this website and called and made an appointment after reading all the wonderful reviews. I was very happy with my results. Tom did a very good job and I will definitely go back!!!!

I had my nails done at a different salon previously but I decided to try Fashion Nails after seeing the cute website and the great reviews they had received online. At my previous salon the nail tech was somewhat rude and there was a major language barrier, but at Fashion Nails everyone was super friendly and any questions I had were answered clearly. Tom did an amazing job on my nails. He cleaned up the mistakes from my old salon and gave my solar nails a soft natural look. The prices were great, the salon was very clean, and overall I really enjoyed the service. I left feeling like a valued customer and will definitely be back again. :)

Absolutely the best place to get your nails done. I agree with the previous comments about Tom and Yen and the fabulous long lasting solar nails. I won't go anywhere else :)
